Welcome to Saffron & Silk Thai Bodywork. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are an agreement between you (the guest) and Saffron & Silk Thai Bodywork.

Services & Professionalism

Saffron & Silk Thai Bodywork provides licensed therapeutic massage and bodywork exclusively. We maintain a firm, dignified boundary that this is a professional, non-sexual, licensed therapeutic practice. Any inappropriate request, comment, or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session. The guest will be charged in full, and we reserve the right to refuse any future service.

Booking, Arrival & Late Arrivals

Appointments can be booked online via our website or by phone. We ask that guests arrive approximately ten minutes early to allow time to settle in, enjoy our tea service, and complete any necessary intake forms. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next guest’s appointment begins on time, and the full service fee will apply.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We value your time and the time of our therapists. We kindly request at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our operations and may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

Pricing & Payment

Prices for all services, packages, gift cards, and memberships are clearly outlined on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Online gift card and membership payments are securely processed by Stripe. Appointment services remain due in full at the time of service unless the applicable checkout states otherwise.

Memberships & Packages

Our monthly memberships are securely billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis and include the specified number of 60-minute sessions per month. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, unused sessions do not roll over to the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid billing period. Multi-session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise noted.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are activated only after payment is confirmed. They do not expire or carry inactivity fees, are non-refundable, and are redeemable only for services at Saffron & Silk Thai Bodywork. Please treat gift cards like cash; we cannot replace lost or stolen codes.

Promotional & Launch Offers

Promotional offers, including launch specials, are strictly limited-time and limited-quantity. They are restricted to one per guest, cannot be combined with other discounts or memberships, and generally require online booking with a card on file.

Health Disclosure & Consent

For your safety, all guests must fully disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, current medications, and pregnancy status on their intake forms. Our therapists reserve the right to decline or modify a service if it is deemed unsafe, or may require medical provider clearance before proceeding. You remain in complete control during your session and may ask to adjust or stop the pressure, stretching, temperature, or positioning at any time. We strictly enforce a no-nude and no-breast-massage policy, and proper draping protocols are followed at all times.

Not Medical Care

Our services are intended for relaxation, comfort, stress relief, and mobility enhancement. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed medical provider.

Minors

Guests under the age of 18 may only receive services if a parent or legal guardian is present in the room and provides written consent.

Conduct, Illness & Safety

To protect the well-being of our guests and staff, we ask that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any contagious illness. Saffron & Silk Thai Bodywork reserves the right to refuse or immediately end service for any guest exhibiting signs of intoxication, aggression, or contagious illness.

Personal Belongings

Please be mindful of your personal belongings. Saffron & Silk Thai Bodywork is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought onto the premises.

Personal Use

All bookings, gift cards, and memberships are strictly for personal use and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes.

Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photography, copy, and branding, is the exclusive property of Saffron & Silk Thai Bodywork. Scraping, copying, or any other misuse of this site’s content is strictly prohibited. The staff portal is intended solely for authorized personnel.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saffron & Silk Thai Bodywork shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website, including but not limited to reliance by a user on any information obtained at the spa or through the site.

Severability & Governing Law

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
